sorry guys no updates. have been going through some changes in my life. some good but mostly bad. as you probably can guess this is going to be a depressing post. well i'm not going to go into detail with this issue with everyone but if you're my close friend, you'd probably know what it is. i have to thank the advice and calls everyone has given to cheer me up.
somehow i feel like i'm digging a bigger hole and i very well know that i should stop. i wish that i could wake up and everything just disappears. on a brighter note, i am officially done with uni in 6 weeks!! can you believe that? and turning 24 in a month's time, well that's another scary thought. i promise a happier post the next time but for now, i think i need to have a breather. |

u think i'm gonna blog so much when i only have 1 month in singapore to party, eat and spend time with friends. haha. if you're on my facebook, you probably know what i've been up to. its my last night in singapore and its gonna be a long time before i come back. 8 months to be exact. or maybe even not, IF i manage to find a job there. i love melbourne and somehow i can see myself living there. living there is so easy. way easier compared to here. and not to mention i have formed some sort of a family with my friends there. of course everyone seems to be parting their ways which is going to be really really sad. amanda's moving to beijing in 2 weeks (just in time for me to catch up with her when i get back) for a year. alice is heading back to london. looks like its going to be laura, me and alex; the 3 drunk fools. i'm really happy that i have formed this close bond with these girls and australia wouldn't have been the same without you guys, seriously.
haha. as the years have gone by i'm really happy that i have the friends i have in singapore. they're all the same people and i have known some of them for like 6 years and this doesn't count secondary school friends. (*wink* *wink* christabel, nicque, joyce, angie). i still do keep in touch with my secondary school class mates but its different when you meet someone outside school and form that close bond. it almost feels like a family. we travelled together. had sleep-overs together. you guys were even there when my appendix was removed. haha. and of course there are those whom i have gotten close to these past few years (you guys know who you are). you guys definitely made it special too.
what the future lies is uncertain. but all i know is that 15 years down the road i will still be friends with all you guys and whoever who gets married first (i so cannot wait to go for the wedding!). haha. well its time for me to end this post. more posts to come when i get back. but till then, let's just live the moment. woot! woot! |

well, i have been in singapore for 2 weeks already! its just too fast. the first week was the suckiest. i got admitted to bloody TTSH hospital for having the viral fever. me and hospitals seem to be like best friends. they did blood tests on me and put me on drips! OUCH CAN! nabei. sway lah i. haha. the last weekend was a great one. and this week has been awesome. been meeting people who i haven't met in AGES. the girls came over to my place on fri cause i got discharged and they wanted to keep me company. AWWWW. sat met up with aims, phil, melvin, deeg etc etc at starbucks. then we went to tamako and then mos. woot! woot! it was good. i wasn't drunk and i think i behaved myself. haha. sunday night met up with angie and jane and we went to st.james. had a bottle of belvedere. that was good. monday met up with alice for our NEWTON HUNT!! it was soooo yummy! haha! stingray, kailan, la la. omg talking about it just makes me hungry. yesterday i met lucretia. i went shopping! YEAH! bought myself a smashing winter jacket and then went for sushi. brandy and christabel joined us as well. and then alice called me to meet her at the post-bar @ fullerton. i asked her "ARE U DRESSED UP?" and she said "NO!". and guess what when we went down they were all in nice dresses! nabei! haha! but it was fun. i had a strawberry-colada. i think the post-bar is going to be my new hangout. fucking nice place. and its just so preeeettyyy!! its wed today. that means LADIES NIGHT. the plan is O BAR. then GOTHAM. then MOS. i think. haha. so can't wait. having the munchies now. laterrzzz. |

its been too long! the only reason why i did not update in australia was cause my last assignment was due on the 10th of june and my flight was on the 11th! so understandable ah! haha. well back in singapore. everything seems the same, feels the same. but its definitely good to back. this time i'm only here for a month so it'll be a short time. on wed my flight touched down @ 11.15P.M. and immediately i headed to CLARKE QUAY (i went home and changed first). made plans to meet alice, tanya, vanessa, jaime, brandy! it was sooooo good to see everyone all over again. the first thing the bouncer said to me on wed when i entered "welcome back!". WAHAHA! at least 4 months down the road, they can still remember me. i bumped into sooo many people and it was good. i spent most of my time at 54 with the girls cause it was more chill and i didn't feel like boogey-ing until much later. AWESOME NITE!!
fri was lovelies nite! yeah! met up with nickee, nicque, christabel, julz, joycey, melvin, angie and had dinner at bella pizza. it really has fucken awesome pizzas. we opened a bottle of champagne just to celebrate me coming back! come to think of it, this will be my last time in singapore this year. i won't be back till next year march. and if i just do manage to find a job, i might stay in melbourne cause I LOVE IT THERE! anyways digressing. went to clarke quay to meet up with tanya and company. and once again it was a good night. SAT details, next post. i have to hurry cause i'm meeting dianna tai in town in 1/2 hour! and she hates late people! haha! ENJOY THE PICS! can't be bothered to differentiate. the semester of uni is almost ending! i can finally see the light! i know its been AGES since i have updated! and i have sooooo many pictures to collage! no time for that now. this semester has passed within a blink! alice has left melbourne already and she's back in singapore! so i can't wait to get back and have more drunkard times with her. i have a MAJOR presentation to do next week!! ARGH! but its a fun presentation as we had to create our very own pilot for a reality tv show! AWESOMENESS!!

alo alo! i know its been a long time but i have had like trillions and trillions of assignments. no time to photoshop my pictures. well here's the pics from the last 2 weekends! i would write more but i'm soooo tired from collaging. anyways i'm going to go see EVE next weekend with amanda! woot! woot! we won tickets cause we were the best dancers in the club! sooo happy! anyways enjoy the pics!! and tonight we're heading to beroque again to see the midget again! not too mention that he gives out free shots! nothing beats free alcohol!

ok, finally back into action. haha. its been such a TORTURE week for me. assignments, tests and more assignments due next week. so i don't really have much of a social life. argh! last week, alice's friends from london came over to melbourne for a week plus. they're really really funny. and we had such a blast. last wed, we decided to go to LOTUS. woot! woot! me, amanda, alex, alice, sam hum & the boys! that night was such a blur to me though. haha. i was so pissed drunk. but then again what's new? i better get back to my research! and mommy & daddy dearest are in melbourne! YEAAAHH! i'm having chicken curry and prawn sambal tonight! SLUUUUURRP!

| ROAD TRIP 2008! |

The holidays have ended and its back to reality. WORK! WORK! WORK! i had the most fun ever last weekend. me and the girls decided to take a break and go on a road trip! we travelled through small towns and did lots of crazy stuff. let me break down our itenary!
THURS MORNING (FIRST DAY) :
dear miss.sam hum came to fetch me with all the girls (alice, alex and amanda) in the car already. haha. we were all laughing our hearts out and singing tunes of our favourite songs. woot! woot! we drove for about an hour plus when we reached TORQUAY. it was such a perfect timing though cause we actually got to watch rip-curl pro surfing competition. it was AWESOME! we got to see kelly slater AKA world's number 1 and ex of miss.cameron diaz, in flesh! haha. after the competition was over, we drove for another hour and decided to have our late lunch. awesome fish and chips! and then we checked into out backpackers inn @ ANGLESEA. it was good that we actually had 5 people with us so we managed to get our own room! we cooked dinner the madness began! we all got to a nice little high except miss.alex who was TRASHED to the core. hehe. awesome first day!
FRI MORNING (SECOND DAY) :
we checked out from our backpackers and started to head the roads. we stopped at this awesome lighthouse which was sooooo beautiful and we decided to be tourists and take loads of pictures. and then me and sam humped in the bushes (you'll understand why when u see the pictures). we finally reached our final destination, APOLLO BAY. we checked into our own little cabin (it was sooooo cute, i loved it) and rested for a while before we went for lunch. after lunch, we took the longest drive ever (for like 3 1/2 hours straight) to go see the 12 apostles (it was so worth it, such a beautiful view). and then we drove back to apollo bay, bought groceries and booze and part two all over again. haw haw. we all were soooooo trashed but everyone decided to go to bed except me and alex.
HIGHLIGHT OF MY TRIP:
so after everyone went to bed, it was just me and alex awake (still going on strong with the booze). we looked at each other and decided to go check the town are. (MIND YOU: OUR CABIN IS 30 MINS AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL TOWN). we stumbled out to the roadside and started walking. we saw a car and we HITCH-HIKED! haha! we asked the guy driving (he had just finished his shift as a taci driver) whether the city would city would be still open but he said everything was close. (NOTE: IT WAS ONLY 1 AM!). but he told us he knew of a house party that was going on and he said he would drive us there. of course me and alex, in our drunken state said YES! haha. we went to the door and 2 chicks in their wet undies answered the door and i looked at alex and signalled her LET'S GO. of course the 2 chicks did not let us in cause they did not know us! we walked for another 500 metres and noticed music coming out from another house. we knocked on that door and they invited us in to party with them. SERIOUSLY, HOW RANDOM BUT AWESOME! they offered us drinks and everything and we got so trashed. we started to walk back to our cabin. it was probably the longest walk EVER! and then we crashed!
SAT MORNING (THIRD DAY) :
we woke up with the worst hang over ever (for me and alex at least) and started our drive back to melbourne. we stopped at LORNE for lunch and drove all the way back to melbourne. we only got back to melbourne close to evening time. i have to say this has got to be one of my best holidays ever! girls, are we up for another road trip sometime soon? anyways here are all the pics from the road trip! ENJOY!!

night came and it was time for CIRCLE OF DEATH!
